Is your service truly 100% free?

Yes our service is absolutely free you will never have to pay us.

 

I think my business may be too large or too small to use your services?

We only have one qualifying criteria; are you in business and do you use technology?   Regardless if you are a one man band, employ a few staff right through to a large corporate, as long as you use any of the following forms of technology; phones, fax, cell phones, internet, computers, laptops through to data solutions or VOIP… we can help you.   (See our Features List for more detail)

 

Do you always save businesses money?

Yes almost all of the time.   However in saying that a small percentage of our clients are already on the best deal, plan or rate or are paying fair market price for the services or products that they are utilising.    The good news is however that every year we look to complete another cost reduction analysis and as prices move, as they do, we end up saving you money.   

 

So how does NZGC make its money?

We are paid by the suppliers whenever we introduce new services or products.

 

Will you always be trying to add new services, products or technology to my business?

No not at all.   We have a very long term perspective with our clients as we are 100% focused on your needs.   However we do make money somewhere as you change, upgrade or invest in more technology over time.   This process is 100% controlled by you.    There has to be a business driver and like any good business decision there has to be a ROI (return on investment) or why would you do it in the first place?   We work on a project by project basis, as is and when required.

 

Are you like Mortgage Brokers?

We have been compared to that industry.   And in effect we are somewhat similar.   As and when your business needs new services or products, which could be as simple as adding a new cell phone right though to something more complex, we take your business requirements to market and simply broker the best deal for you.

 

Don’t the suppliers just add a margin on top to cover your fees?

Not at all as we work on a multi tender process.   Each supplier knows they are not the only one bidding for your business.   Therefore they need to ensure that their pricing is sharp and there whole offer is the absolute best that they can do.    For example:   Let’s say we are comparing what you pay for your voice services (Local, National, Land to Cell, International calling rates).   We put your business out to tender to Telecom, TelstraClear and say CallPlus.    Each of these suppliers knows they are up against each other therefore it’s a case of the best foot forward.

 

How much would a similar service cost if I paid for it?

For starters we believe we are the only business in NZ offering such a wide range of services.   Sure you may be able to find a “Cost Reduction Analyst” who may be able to save you money, but then they will bill you for half of the savings.   We on the other hand prefer that you keep all of the savings and invest it back into your business.    Other types of consultancy services which offer various components of our services normally charge in the vicinity of $100’s of dollars per hour,  which is why our service was normally only reserved for the large corporate’s.
